By purchasing VPS Direct Monthly Subscription of USD 97/month, you are agreeing to to the following:

1. This is a monthly recurring subscription.

2. There is a one off setup fee of USD $47 to setup your MailChimp account.

3. You will be billed for your first month upon sign up and then every month after that.

4. There is no long-term contract, you can cancel anytime with at least a 14-day (advance -of-billing date) notice.
